Hi, I’m Maggie. I am the newest member of the Tails and Ales team! I started working in the dog industry in 2012 at a daycare and rescue place. I absolutely loved it from day one. I then worked at an all inclusive pet resort. I knew dogs are my passion so I went to dog training school in 2017. I went to work for a healthy pet food store which taught me a lot about nutrition. Then, I caught the grooming bug. It was the perfect scenario for me, working with the pups all day and bringing smiles to their owners. So, I went to Kansas City Grooming Academy in 2024, where I graduated having found my place in the dog world. I also got my pet CPR and First Aid certification. Dogs always come first for me and they bring me absolute joy and peace. I put their needs, safety and comfort above all else. When I'm not grooming, I hike and play dog sports with my own pups. I also enjoy volunteering for local rescues.
